Shrink my hat?

I'm leaving for Prince George tomorrow for my provincials so any help would be greatly appreciated.

My all star team hats are Richardson pro fits and my hat is a little loose on my head. It's really annoying, especially when I pitch and I have to adjust it after every delivery. Are there any ways of shrinking pro fit hats? Somebody told be to soak it and but it in the dryer but wouldn't that change the shape of it?

Is it wool?

You can try putting it on your head after you've wet it.

Your head, don't wet the cap.

Or put it on your head and run 5 miles..that should produce lots of sweat which should produce a little shrinkage.
