Looks like the TRIBE fire sale is just starting...Maybe Boone will be next to
go..Tough season for Wick....add to the mix, some rancor with some team
mates..and a change of teams, was the only way to go...then again,
Nothing like WINNING, can help smooth out ruffled feathers...

If any team could have challenge the SOX this season, thought it was
the TRIBE...especially after they almost pulled it off with their great 2nd
half...but something happened...and it wasn't losing Millwood, either....

I knew the Tigers were good..but certainly not where they are now..more
like a 85-90 win season...if that...anyhow, hopefully, the hiatus that the
TRIBE has been taking from winning, will end soon...too good of a team,
to be as flat as they are now..in my opinion

Is Fausto the setup man right now? He's got no saves to his record, so I'm wondering why he was chosen to close.

He began the season as the sixth starter, moved to the bullpen, then pitched himself into the setup role and has been AWESOME. He's got great stuff and a great upside.

Odd, though, that at the beginning of the season most people were saying that if Wickman were dealt Fernando Cabrera would be the closer. He's still on the team - struggling a bit, yes - but who's to say he's having a down year and Carmona a career year? (after all, Carmona's still really a prospect). I just think this talk of saying Carmona will be the closer of the future is premature, since just in spring training Cabrera was the closer of the future.
