Does anyone know of a good way to curve the brim of a 59fifty hat? I like my hat quite curved, and they make them with flat "gangster" brims. If I work them too much, they lose their rigidity and just go back to being flat all the time. Any help out there?

Wear it in the shower or just soak it in hot water. Then put it down inside of a pitcher so the bill is curved. If you don't have a pitcher, get a couple rubber bands and wrap them around the bill so they hold the curve. Let it dry like that, preferably in the hot sun (<<< winner: most redundant saying of the day).
This is how I do mine..
Band your hat like this:

Depending on the level of curve you are trying to get...
Then get a gallon ziplock bag... and put it in.... place the bag inside your freezer overnight... when you get it out... un band it, then center it...when you unband it one site will curl under the other... just balance it out... and put it on..
it should look like this when finished.

hope this helps....

Thanks alot. I wore a hat in the rain (by accident), and it shrunk and the beak went all soft (the cardboard felt really flimsy afterwards). I think i'll try the rubber bands. Thanks guys.
