Pierzinski... Did Victor Martinez make it?
Manny Ramiriez... if you dont show up, you shouldnt get any credit and you shouldnt be allowed in next season (unless u are on the DL or have a verrry legit reason) Manny being Manny might be cute for red sox, but not for me.
Kenny Rogers as the opening pitcher... has there ever been a less clutch player? I thought for sure the AL was going to lose.
Those are 3 that come to mind.

Who would you have started? Rogers is having a great year.
Of course I have to wonder how Guillen could not find room for Mussina and Schilling. And Moose dould have been the starter, too.

I would have started Halladay, but thats just me.
Who didnt belong, Freddy Sanchez, A.J. Peirzinsky, Mark Redmond (Royals guy), Brian Fuentes.
People who didnt deserve to start: Alex Rodriguez, Paul Lo Duca, Penny (I think it should have been Webb)
People who should have been there: Travis Hafner, Joe Crede, Bobby Abreu, Liariano on the first vote, Justin Verlander, Curt Shilling, and maybe even Josh Beckett.

I'm with you on Liriano and Verlander, but Schilling and Beckett over Mussina? There would have been nothing wrong with Schilling making it (though not before Liriano, Verlander, and Mussina and perhaps Nate Robertson), but Beckett shouldn't be anywhere close.

Honestly, it's a toss up between Schilling and Mussina. Though, I put Verlander and Liriano above both Mussina and Schilling at the moment. Oh, don't forget Bonderman or Lackey. ;)

Victor Martinez is one of the worst defensive catchers in MLB. He's also not having an amazing offense season to make up for being so terrible playing defense. I would have took A.J. over Martinez though I would have took Mauer, Ramon Hernandez and Pudge over A.J. easily.
I think people are forgetting that Schilling pitched that Saturday. Only people making a big deal about Schilling not being in the All-Star game was everybody else, but Schilling. Schilling not being selected was understandable. If Schilling started Thursday, Friday or Saturday, then maybe he was snub, but since he started on Sunday, he wasn't going to be able to go more than one inning.

Who belong in the game, as a pitcher, more than Fuentes? Honestly, Turnbow was one of the worst relief pitchers at the game with a ridiculously high ERA which was cover up by his high number of saves.
Boddy Abreu only hitting 293. and only has 8 HR along with 13 SB. Though, his OPS. is not all that bad. He's not much of snub since his numbers are not all that mind blowing.

Kenny Rogers has had several very good years... but i would challenge you to find more then one good start in a pressure situation.
