In my opinion this is a very good rivalry. The Brewers just come off of a trouncing of the Cubs 3 games to 1.

But the Twins are red hot this year and are looking to gain ground on the two best teams in baseball in the AL central

The Brewers survived interleague 5 games to 4.

They are dead even in the amount of games they have won and I think Tommorows game is going to be one for the ages.

Can the Twins cool down the power house in Carlos Lee and the sluggers in the Brewers Lineup

Can the rookie righthander prove lead the error proned Brewers against Radke and the hitting force of Joe Mauer.

Twins win game one.
Yost was thrown out of the game and there was some controversy in it. Not the most exciting game.

Today's is more promising with Cappy on the mound.

I was right behind home plate for sunday's matchup.
After Liriano fell on his bum in the first inning balking runners to 2nd and 3rd I thought we had a chance. Boy, was I wrong. He proceeded to fan 12 with 5 of them caught looking. He's the real deal. I hope some of our pitchers took notes.
