5IP, 14H, 13ER and 4 HR's given up. Good thing he's in my starting rotation.

I can't believe they left him in for 5 innings!

I felt bad for the guy, then realized he still made about $80,000 or so to get beat around. Not bad for one night's work.

I got rid of him before the season began on my fantasy Cardinals. He's just not worth it in my opinion, and thank god I have C. Zambrano and Zito on my Cards team.

he gave up 13 runs. I can't remember ever seeing a pitcher give up that many runs. I can't believe LaRussa left him in that long.

When I first saw the line, I assumed it was a typo. Then I saw the thread in Current Events about Mulder/ Marquis giving up like 20 runs but issuing one walk. Sounds like the pitching staff is just getting tired in St. Louis.

Mulder has looked terrible his last few starts. He keeps leaving the ball up or right down the middle. He doesn't have the velocity to get away with it. Lately, he's been only throwing in the mid 80's. Bye the way, he's 6'6"!

Marquis took one for the team as the bullpen had been overused of late. Hopefully Reyes will help the Cards take one game from the World Champions (gotta give the ChiSox their due).:hp

Marquis gave up another handful tonight. Man, he probably can't wait for June to end!
