Did you all catch the story about Loaiza? Guess he pounded a few brews and hit the freeway in his Ferrari. He was clocked at 120+ and smelled of beer when he was pulled over. Thank god nobody was hurt... Gotta love it when these overpaid jerks think they own the planet...

we all make mistakes...thankfully nobody was hurt and he can learn from this and have a productive year after one that hasn't started out too well for him...

True, but that is a HUGE mistake, not like cheating on your high school Spanish test... I hope he gets squared away, we certainly need him to bring his "A game."

Not as severe a mistake as that. Not everyone chooses to drink and get in a vehicle knowing damn well they could kill somebody or themselves easily. That is just being stupid and irresponsible. I hope he gets chewed out by the judge and has his car impounded. There is never an excuse for drinking and driving. Ever. This may seem like a harsh punishment, but you should realize he's already been let off easy by not causing harm to himself or anyone else. Anything done to punish him now is all material. Anyway, I'm pretty sure he won't lose his car. He'll probably end up paying a fine and going to traffic school if he hasn't before.

get real....he's making 7 million a year ... do you really think Estaban would care about having his car taken away ? chewed out by a judge ? he'll probably not even have to appear in court ,he''ll have a lawyer take care of it....
we live in a world where there is no capital punishment for the people with capital $$$$$$$.... do you really want to punish him ? Trade him to the S.F. Giants :clapping
