You are probably doing one of two things: either meeting the ball a little too late or hitting the bottom half of the ball.
During batting practice, try to purposely swing over, and miss, the top-half of the ball. You may find yourself hitting the ball perfectly when attempting this. It sounds crazy but it may work.
If that drill fails, you may want to try starting your swing just a bit earlier. Envision meeting the ball in an area a few feet in front of home plate.
Hope one of these tips helps.

make sure you aren't dipping your front shoulder and falling into a linear swingpath. Swinging straight down to the ball like that will cause a ton of pop-ups.

Do you have a clip of yourself swinging?
Also, do you stride toward the pitcher before or as you swing?

Some people on this site like it when batters stride toward the pitcher, but I find that it tends to mess my guys up (because it causes them to slide under the ball).
This clip illustrates what I think this looks like. I believe that one reason he popped the ball up is that he slid under the ball.
You might want to consider experimenting with shortening or eliminating your stride.
Albert Pujols doesn't take a stride at all, and he's a decent hitter.
