''The Brewers have had a number of teams call on Carlos Lee, Geoff Jenkins and Brady Clark. With indications that the Brewers are not going to sign Lee to an extension, his name has come up in several cities from St. Louis to Texas, Oakland to New York, but that may take another month.''

Per ESPN Insider.

I really hope they don't trade him within the division, send him to the AL.

Hey Skittles, it's far too early to be listing stuff like that. They won't let Lee go...are you kidding me? They'd let go of Clark or Jenkins before Lee. Lee is an all-star by far and he is leading the team in homers and what not, so don't believe what you hear. Granted, Gammons is a profession baseball guru, he nor anyone else knows what is really going on. You never know, the Brewers could easily release guys to keep Lee.

If they trade Carlos, it will kill my nine-year-old daughter who loves him. I'd rather Jenkins start playing so they could trade him. The Yankees need corner outfielders and his uppercut swing would be magic in the Bronx with the short porch in right. Just getting rid of the salary would make it worth it; New York wouldn't even need to send big prospects back.

Besides, the more I see of Corey Hart, the more I like.

Then, get rid of Brady Clark because Tony Gwynn is having a terrific year.

Next year's outfield of Lee-Gwynn-Hart would be just fine, thanks.

A line up such as this would do quite well, I think:

Weeks-2B
Hardy-SS
Fielder-1B
Lee-LF
Hall/Koskie-3B
Hart-RF
Miller-C
Gwynn-CF

Hey, I agree but I say that Hall starts at 3rd over Koskie. Hall has been a dominant player this year and all they needed to do was find him a spot...I say that 3rd base is his spot. Koskie could then be traded, released, or put in the utility role. Anyone agree? What about the pitching staff? Anyone have predictions about that?

I disagree. I think that Koskie will be traded, and Hall will play 3rd, and maybe Jenkins will get traded, but I think Lee and Clark will stay.

Well, these are just guesses...we will just have to wait and see.
