Just now in the GA Bulldogs v/s SC Gamecocks game.

SC just hit 5 (FIVE) straight homeruns in the 2nd inning, all 5 coming with 2 outs.

I realize this is college but that has to be close some sort of record?

I would suspect anyways..

Anyone know what the back to back to back...etc etc record is?

Record under MLB? College? Minors? You could move this to Trivia if you'd like.

According to the ESPN ticker that I saw it scroll by on, this tied the NCAA record. I have no idea if any MLB team has hit 5 straight.

This is quite impressive to say the least. Things like this usually don't even happen in Little League games because the batters aren't skilled enough yet. Maybe in High School though...
