Current Events presently has no subforums. Since Fantasy does and more are being proposed, I was wondering if people would be interested in a subforum under CE created just to compare two players. Be it Pujols and Frank Thomas in his early years, top-rated guys and lesser-knowns in a "Player A vs Player B" thing, I figure this could prove quite popular to the researchers here.
Anyone interested?
Thx. :)

I think it is a good idea (maybe even projections could be a sub forum)

I like this idea, but, do we have space to use?

In theory, it wouldn't create more posts, just better organize them.

There's the main "Bitter Rivals" thread; there's the "Giants/Dodgers" thread, and there's the "Cubs/Cards" thread. I was going to create a "Yanks/Mets" thread, but that would've meant too much time. Other than the Mayor's Trophy Games, which were exhibition games, they haven't played since Bud Lite's Interleague games began in 1997, so not much there beyond geography.
Anyway, I don't feel there's much to save, since the recent pruning has saved lots of space already. I'm sure that more can be pruned, but I think that the focus would be contagious when we compare past/present people like Albert Pujols to Willie Stargell, etc. If someone wishes to compare position players playing the same spot, I can see this being a good thing.
