Phillies may move Abreu or Burrell by trade deadline is looking more likely
White Sox interested in Mateo and Soraino from Seattle
St. Louis looking for a short fit at 1st
Angels looking to trade Jeff Weaver-Toronto has been linked in a possible deal

The Braves are more focused on the rookie transition of last year, but if they do a trade, is going to be a surprise like always.

If they do I see the Braves trading someone like Marcus Giles away rather than bringing someone in because I think their streak has ended but not their so-called dynasty.

Well, but right now at this point of the season, the Braves are 8 games behind the division leading Mets, and dead 3rd on the standings, 3.5 games ahead of the Phillies, its really time to panic in Hotlanta.

The NY Post said the Mets were going to release him but I guess they found a buyer 1st.
