I'm looking at box scores from the Baseball Box Scores site, and am stumped...maybe I'm not thinking clearly, what with another Sox-Yanks game tonight.

What does "SH" stand for in the bottom part of the full boxscore? For example:

E–Hoffman (12), Cruz (6). DP–Boston 1, Seattle 1. PB–Allenson (4). 2B–Boston Stapleton (6,off Clark), Seattle Bochte (10,off Torrez). SH–Remy (4,off Clark). SB–Remy (6,2nd base off Stein/Narron). WP–Clark (3). U–Durwood Merrill, Bill Kunkel, Terry Cooney, Rocky Roe. T–2:08. A–9,968.

The only thing I can come up with is Sacrifice Hit, is that correct?

You got it.

SH: Sacrifice Hits. A ball hit that advanced the baserunner at the cost of being put out.

They use SF for sacrifice fly, so basically SH is a sac bunt. (at least that's what my stats programs have used)
