We hope is either A-Rod or Pujols, anyway, but in the RBI category, I'll bet on Manny.

On the Rays all-time list, unless he ends up in NY.

Perhaps, I hope he stays in Tampa, or comes to Philly, now that would be sweet, I could watch him all the time, although I am going to the D-rays Phils game. GOMES will go down in history.

Shouldn't Hank Aaron's name be in there, in case all of the "pretenders" fail? :p :dance :waving

ADam Dunn is going to crash and Bonds will fall, and luckily, nobody will talk about him soon.

I really can't see anyone getting to where Bonds is at right now. There are too many variables standing in the way of guys like Pujols and A-Rod. Injuries and performance dropoffs are inevitable, and I don't see anyone doing what Bonds did into his 40's.

Pujols mastery of the entire strike zone will give him the record.

Everyone wants to say Pujols or A-rod....but the same was said about Ken Griffey Jr.Now Look where he's at.
I'm gonna pick someone' no-one would think could do it.
And that,is...MIGUEL CABRERA.
*Goes to pick him in poll..........but realizes he's not there -_-*

I'm actually more concerned on the RBI record rather than the home run record.

Alex Rodriguez turns 31 on July 27 and he already has 442 home runs.
He'll play another 12 full seaons and average about 40 dingers a year, finishing his career as the first player with 1,000+ home runs.
And tonight's lottery numbers are: 8, 17, 22, 29, 64

Pujols, Dunn, Ortiz,A Rod are only ones with a chance at surpassing bonds

And if Dunn keeps also to this pace, he might break Reggie Jackson's all-time record of 2,597 strikeouts, he can go to the 3,000 strikeout club for hitters.

I don't count Bonds so I'm saying A-Rod.

Adam, espesially if he remans in this Cincinnati park. Other strong are canditates are Glaus and Sexson theay also have great power, but a half step behind Dunn, they´re also a few years older than Dunn. Personally I rank them Dunn>Sexson>Gaus, all three have 500 homer potential.
I expect a considerable decline in ARods numbers, starting in 2007.
I choose to disregard the Bonds option in the poll.

I vote Pujols, as long as there is no good test for HGH.
