Not, the yankees, by the time I'm about 20, they'll have so many retired/taken numbers, I couldn't be on the team!!!!

I'd want to play for any of the Dodgers Championship teams or the '27 Yankees.

Philadelphia...It'd be awesome to play in front of the most passionate sports fans (irregardless of the sport).

The Athletics! I'd fit right in. High walk count, low strikeouts. Too bad I like to run the bases though.

The Cubs would probably be the best fit for me. The fans wouldn't care if I was any good, they'd come out to see me anyway :laugh

The Marlins and Padres homes are crawling distance from sun-drenched sands and cool azure oceans. My Cubs are nearly as close to the Lake Michigan beaches in Lincoln Park, with Montrose and Belmont Harbors right there, and the free zoo. One problem, though, is that the Chicago lakefront only has two seasons: Winter and August.:laugh

Because of my loyalties, I would love to have played for the '47-'57 Brooklyn Dodgers, but since their demise, I think my Cubs would be a good fit for me. I could commit baserunning errors from first through home, make the third out of an inning at third, throw to the wrong base while the go-ahead run scores, pop a bunt up to start a double play preventing the winning run on a squeeze, tell Dusty I'm feeling fine until I've thrown two-hundred pitches and my arm out, walk in the winning run after getting ahead 0-2 in the count, and trade that new Brock kid for an established Broglio.

Blue Jays for sure. Everyone there and who has been there says it is nothing but a class organization.

Even though I am a Blue Jays fan I voted for the Pirates. I would want to play for a team with deep historical roots and preferably, because I detest the DH rule, a team from the National League. I could also have gone with the Reds or the Cubs.

I have to play for the Home Boys. That way no one will see how bad I really am.

Yankees most definitly. A) they pay you alot more than most. B) you'll get more recognition with them than with any other team. C) your almost certain to be playing baseball in October.

The Gunners are definitely the team I'd play for. :clapping
And the Pirates. I like Pennsylvania, as long as it's west of Lancaster.

Id deffiantly play for the Red Sox.

They are my favorite team, closest to home, play at Fenway, and there really good.

And since this is sort of a dream lets say im better than Babe Ruth, Ty Cobb, Ted Williams, Willie Mays combined :D
