I'm thinking about playing club baseball next year as a freshman at college. I'm just wondering if there's much of a skill level jump from decent high school baseball to college club. I was an ok high school player, but I was just wondering how I'd compare to the club players. How hard do the guys throw, normal hitting levels, etc. Any info would be appreciated.

i dont think there will be THAT big of a jump. Theyll prolly throw mmid 80's and there will be some good hitters.

They have a club team at a state university here in my area. I coach at a small Division II school which has a JV team that is comprised of unrecruited walk-ons. We have beat them four years in a row. I would compare them to a good high school team.
