I was wondering if anyone knew the pirate at-bat songs at PNC Park?? (example) Like when jack wilson comes up to the plate, they play a special part of a song for just him. I know that every player has there own. I was just wanting to know which songs for which players. Any help is appreciated.

I noticed that they played Jumping Jack Flash by the Rolling Stones when Jack Wilson came to bat. That's the only one I remember.

Ontarioguy,
Thanks for the song. I think that is the only one I am even familiar with.

This is a neat thing to talk about. But its driving me crazy now that you brought it up haha. I know the songs because i usually sing along with them at the games but like you two, Jumping Jack Flash is the only one that comes to mind LOL!

I guess we'll have to wait till the next home game and listen very carefully to the TV.

PS i tried looking them up online but the only thing i found was for the 2004 season on espn.com.

Thanks Bucco Fanatic,
That is the only website I found too. Guess your right, just wait until next home game and try to listen to them.

Bucco Fanatic,
If you hear any more at the stadium let me know. I probably will not be back to a game for a month or so. Thanks!!

I don't know the names of most of the songs, but some are familiar, like the guitar and "OOOHHHH.....OOOHHHHH" when Craig Wilson steps up to the plate, or the mariacci band serenade when Humberto Cota comes to the plate. It's one of the disappointments of PNC Park. I'd prefer to go back to the days at 3 Rivers when organist Vince Lascheid would introduce the player with music straight from the organ, not something pre-taped. I just got the DVD of the 79 series, and every time Eddie Murray stepped to the plate he'd be serenated with the "Mr.Ed" theme. They need to go back to that.

Thanks for listening,
even though I was there saturday, I cannot remember the songs. I am not very good with songs like that.
