You can just use google to find great avs. If you have any photo software, you can always resize it to fit here. I think that the maximum size is 60x60.

There are tons more, but with the smaller sizes, you may need to just crop them.

For my current av, I just googled "calgary flames logo" and found one with the black C, which I thought was approppriate.
