This is the second time we have reached the 9 in a row mark this year . . . its not even June yet. We show the competence of a .333 team for a few games then its back down below .250. Now its on to play the Tigers, the hopeless team from a few years ago, that is now starting to pick on us. We are the losers that the losers pick on.
Fire Baird, Shoot Glass, Send Bell back to the special ed school.

It's time to blow up this franchise. Fire everybody and start over. And I mean everybody: all execs (specifically Dan & Allard), all uniformed personel (both major and minor league), all scouts, all trainers, etc. Fire them all.

We'll take Sweeney and find somewhere to put him.:D
In all seriousness, I'm sorry you guys are having troubles. After the beating you gave us to start the season, it looked like things were shaping up for the Royals.

You can have him. I have never really been all that big on the guy to begin with, he is not a hungry ball player. He has a little bit of hitting talent but his heart is not in the game. Sweeney is getting close to "Barry Bonds and Albert Belle" status in my book. Aside from the other problems these players have (I'm not saying Mike is a roid rager, or a pain in the a**) these guys are the laziest ballplayers that I have seen recently. They do/did not run out any ball that has a chance at becoming an out, and they are cancers to thier teams despite thier talent.
I say let Sweeney go and bring up someone who wants to play the game right. Someone Brett-esque.
