What HOFer spent most of his career in the NL without ever getting into the WS, then switched to the AL and spent his last 5 years on WS winners.

Johnny Mize. Got traded by the Cardinals to the Giants in 1942, so he missed the great Card teams of the 40's. Went to the Yankees as a late-season addition (when that was a radical thing to do) in 1949, in time to contribute to their 5 consecutive Series wins.
