Who's the Mod in the Cardinal's forum? I would like him to sticky something for me.

tonjes is the mod in the Cards forum.
In fact, if you scroll all the way down and at the bottom right of the screen in each forum, the mod(s) for said forum is/are listed.

For any given forum under BBF, if you go to the bottom right, you'll see who the Mod is there. You can simply click on their name and send him/her a PM. If you see "The Commissioner", then the forum doesn't have a full-time Mod, and you can just contact another Mod.
If that's the case and you get along with a Mod, PM him/her and he/she can stick or unstick a thread for you, but try the forum Mod first.
