A League of their Own

I just watched A League of their Own for the first time in quite a few years.

It's pretty. It's very emotional at the end. I found myself getting a little misty.

Anyone else get that feeling?

just watched it again with my 10 year old - forgot how funny the movie is - he was cracking up throughout - the scout in the beginning was especially hilarious

The ending was ok, but kind of confusing. Did Dottie and Kit stop talking for some reason? It made it seem like they lost touch with each other after the championship.
I saw it in the theater, and the last part of the actual championship got a huge cheer. My date jumped up and clapped.
Is it me, or did Rosie O'Donnell have free reign to do whatever she wanted in the picture? It seemed like she had more lines that anybody, little quips here and there.

Has to be on my Top 10 (maybe 15 if you count Godfather I and II as seperate movies) all time favorite movies....saw it in the theater and own the DVD!!!!

A tear jerker everytime, a movie for the family about baseball, women and wartime.....AWESOME!!!!!
