I saw today that Cole Hamels, the phenom down on the farm was called up today.

It looks like Madsen's heading back to the bullpen. The only thing that surprises me is the timing. Usually when you're on a winning streak, you let things sit.

he looked good, one hit in five innings with 7 k's, five walks though, but its understandable, its just too bad madson gave up those two homers so he didnt get the win. Good outing non the less.:clapping

That is amazing. He did walk 5, though. Not that that detracts from his outing. He'll be fun to watch develop.

This cat has nasty stuff, but injuries and a hot temper kept him from being called up sooner. Next Doc Gooden might be a little much, but look at what being fired up has done for C. Zambrano.

Never expect anything and you'll never be dissapointed.

MRI today, and yes, he's delicate. Just last year he hurt his throwing hand, broke it infact, in a bar fight I think it was.
