Hitting 400 with 3 Ribbies and a bomb in his first series tells me this kid has potential and has confidence to go along with it.

The way he handles his position, I'd be satified if he hits .260. The kid's a hell of a catcher. He's already impressed me a lot the way he's handles some wild pitches, plus he's got a good arm and plenty of poise out there.
Buh Bye Dioner.

Let us package Navarro, Perez and Aybar for a starter........ Barry Zito::) :)

It may be too soon to tell, but Navarro just lost his starting job to Martin.

By the time he is reading to come off the DL that may be true.

Nothing against him as a person of course, but I hope that Navarro is stricly a back-up from here on out so that Martin can run the show.
It would indeed be nice to dish out some expendable players in order to grab Zito!
With Martin in place, I consider Navarro expendable.

Zito on the move is a given I believe. To the Mets or Dodgers?
