I heard somewhere that Putz may be our new closer, and that they are putting Eddie at a set-up. I think it is about time.

In his first stint as closer May 6, 2006, JJ went one full inning, gave up one walk and struck out two, allowed no runs. Much improved over Guardados 4 walks, or home runs.

Friday June 30th, is JJ Putz Bobblehead Night at the Everett Aquasox vs. Salem-Keizer Volcanoes game. The game is hosted by Everett. First pitch is @ 7:05 pm.
