I believe that is correct. At one time I had a complete list of these.
He was not a catcher but John Olerud hit for the cycle twice and each time it was his only triple of the year. In fact, he only had 13 triples in his career.

There's at least 3 catchers, because Chad Moeller did it in 2004.
