I know we already have a season thread in this forum, but I feel that todays performance is worth a thread. To sum it up in one word HURL!!!!!!!!!! WTF 5 runs in the ninth! Why dont we put carter and Baez in a bag and see if we can get a carton of chocolate milk and half a blue crayon for them (which we can use to write adelphia or farmer john on Furcals forehead) to do janitorial work in the padres johns.
Thank You All and its great to be back!
Max

Max, it's only one game. Our pitching is very impressive so far this year - too inconsistant, but overall a nice surprise without Game Over. This game was a tough loss though and a shame for Lowe. Oh well - a 2-game sweep in AZ will be sweet and make a hella nice road trip record. Stay positive! :dance

The good thing about that game is that Carter has been shipped to Vegas! he can work out his problems there! I am so glad that I went to S.D. for the Saturday game and not Sunday.

We all would rather have Gagne injury free and saving games for the blue but Baez has been decent as a replacement with him giving up his first earned runs on Sunday. Carter on the other hand has been trash.

Aside from last night, Saito seems to be the only reliable reliever in the pen.

Very impressive but too inconsistent? What . . . ?

Our pitching is not giving us a chance to win on a consistent basis. That is the BOTTOM LINE.

Baez is a POOR replacement for Game Over - POOR at best. I'm TRUE BLUE and an optimist, but this will again be a trying season for Dodger's fans.

I'm officially frustrated . . .
