If not giving up a grand slam is correct it would have been the second batter he faced in his debut game on 4/17/1965 that could have done it. According to retrosheet he came in the game with Lenny Green on second and Frank Malzone on first. He then walked Yaz before striking out Tony C and eventually getting out of the inning on a double play.

An interesting side note is he went to Rochester in 1967 to rehab his back and on July 1st he did give up a grand slam at Niagra Falls. The guy who hit it was Johnny Bench.
