Pete Milne of the New York Giants becomes the only player in baseball history to pinch hit an inside the park grand slam home run against the Brooklyn Dodgers. It was the first and only homer run of Milne's career. The home run leads the Giants to an 11-8 victory over the Brooks.

Giant:

I looked him up in baseball reference, he was a Mobilian, born
and died in the Port City.

His career crossed just shortly with another Alabamian, the
one and only Willie Mays.

Your post was very enjoyable to me. Thanks very much!
