can't get the search to work

Im trying to search topics, however I cannot seem to get the search to work, no matter how many times I try it always comes up not responding. What should I do, I click refresh and it still doesnt work.:confused:

Which search terms were you looking for? Were you trying to search a thread, a forum, what a user posted?

Please describe step-by-step which methods you were using.

I believe that I was searching for "most wins of all time", I clicked the search on the tool bar next to the new post button. I typed it in, and everytime, my aol browser says not responding.

I presume you're referring to our parent site, baseball-alamanac.com, note baseball-fever.com. If not, then please advise.

As to most wins of all time, were you referring to player pitching, team pitching or team wins? If something more specific than this, please specify.

I'm not using AOL, so I don't have access to their browser. Is this the latest one available? I've heard of certain incompatibilities between AOL and some webforums and/or sites, so if you have another browser, bet it Internet Explorer 6 or Netscape 6, etc, that may help on the technical end.

There are many other Internet web browsers available, so please choose to suit your needs.

I've also heard of some sites having trouble with polls when forumers were using AOL. I'm unsure if this site has that issue, but if ever encounter any issues, please post again. :)
