Man, tonight's game was terrible. Rather, it was good until the bottom of the ninth. That's when Worrell, Kline, and Benitez blew it. (Check that, Kline struck out the only batter he faced.) But Worrell allowed all three batters that he faced to get on base, and Benitez allowed a flyout and a hit or two to end it. Add that to the two games earlier this week where the bullpen blew leads of 6 and 7 runs (although the offense came back in those two), and you have the makings of a long season.

Are we looking at the worst bullpen in the history of the game, or is this just an illusion?

The Giant's crappy relief core cost me a win from Schmidty in fantasy baseball. :grouchy
