I clicked on the "search" feature next to "New Posts" and Quick Links, It typed in my criteria but it just opens up a page "Cannot find server".
It's done this a while now.

That was happening to me too, but it seems to be fixed now.

Sorry about that. You probably hit it the same time we were indexing the database. Something we do several times an hour, but if you do catch it at the exact time it is being written to the server it will give you a hiccup...
