Typing in all caps.

This has happend to me twice now but when I type in all caps, the post doesn't show all caps. Why?

I'm Using All Caps Now. If It Shows All Caps, Then It Allows It. If Their Are Any Lowercase Letters, Then It Doesn't Accept All Caps.

c. Standard capitalization and punctuation make a large difference in the readability of a post. TYPING IN ALL CAPITALS is considered to be "shouting" ; it is a good practice to limit use of all capitals to words which you wish to emphasize.

Since it's discouraged in the policy, perhaps Webmaster has put something in place all caps from being used.

It works for one word only, but you can't type all of your words in "ALL CAPS". Then again, maybe that's only a good thing.

vbulletin has a feature in which you can allow all caps or not.. Sean obviously has it set so it will not allow all caps...

Of course there are ways around it but to me it really isnt worth the trouble:)

this is my least favorite way of communicating on bbf im surprised by how many posts ive seen like this there is no attention paid at all to capitalization or punctuation it hurts my eyes when i read it that ain't good

I prefer no capitalization or punctuation to total abb. frks. and ppl who cnt spll @ all and use intrnt spk.

Instead of making the first letter of every word caps, is there a setting to make the entire post lower case? I think it's been shown that that is the easiest to read, other than proper punctuation.
