Not a bad game pitched today (and yesterday) by Jamey Wright. 8 IP, 5 H, 1 R (it was earned), 2 BB and 5 K. Oh, and he got the win in a 2-1 victory for the Giants. I'm liking the way he looks.
You know, when he signed, I saw his 2.33 (or so) ERA at AT&T and figured he would be a slightly above-average pitcher at home. But this game shows that he might be even better...

Uh, I think it was a little better than that, don't ya think?? :D And he was better in the 7th and 8th than he was early in the game. So far, two strong performances and two wins, can't argue with that, especially since the team isn't really hitting right now.
