The Orioles really don't have a rival right now. Not one that they play anyway. Nor do they deserve having a rival. New York and Boston barely pay attention to the team. Toronto? Well, there was something brief in the late 80's - early 90's but, no... they like the Orioles are trying to catch the other two teams. I'm sure a number of Orioles fans would enjoy seeing the Blue Jays take the AL East this season, actually. Tampa Bay may be the closest thing to an AL East rival the Orioles have, and that's just awful.
If I were to pick a team, it would be the Washington Nationals, despite the lack of on-the-field history. And there are only two words needed to justify my pick:
Peter and Angelos.
