The Yankees come to the Big A this weekend to open the 2006 home season for the Angels.


In the first two games of the series, the Angel beat the Yanks 4-1 on Friday and 3-2 on Saturday.

Why are the Angels the only team to have a winning recored against the Brox Bombers in the Joe Torre era? It is not like the Angels were the league elite before 2002?

Oh well, baseball is a funny game!

The Angels are what the Germans call an "Angst Gegner". An opponent that somehow frightens another team.

Don't know why.

So far things don't turn out the way I would like to see them, but tonight it seems to go the right way.
