Is there a stat that is equal to how many hits and walks plus hit batsmen minus intentional walks per inning. I know WHIP is close, but it doesn't differentiate a intentional walk from other walks and hit batsmen aren't included. It seems like this would be a better stat to evaluate a pitcher than WHIP, because intentional walks are oftentimes called by the manager and hit batsmen are a problem of the pitcher.

The difference would be so small that it makes no difference.

Examining the WHIP gives a decent idea of baserunners allowed. The difference between a 1.20 and a 1.30 is not important because WHIP itself provides limited information.
