You ask a Mod for the forum it's in to do it.
Which thread did you have in mind?

No problem. It's pretty simple. If the forum has "The Commissioner" as a Mod, then they don't have a regular Mod, so you can just ask any one of us who are active.

For a thread to be stickeyed, it has to show interest from multiple-users, while also staying current with the real possibility of an extended shelf life. A thread isn't going to be stickeyed if only two or three people are posting with about one or two posts a day.
