Ground ball hits vs outs

Does anyone know what percentage of ground balls get through for hits?

Also, what percentage of balls hit in the air beyond the infield, fall in for hits.

Basically looking for:

Outfield hits, errors and outs

and

Infield hits, errors and outs.
