Alright, i did this in a simulation league I was in once and me and the guys had some fun with it. It's pretty simple, you just predict who will lead in each category and you are awarded points. Here is the points system:

5 points - You guess the correct number of whatever in each category (correct number of homeruns, RBI's, etc.)
3 points - You guess the correct leader in the category
2 points - You guess the correct #2 guy in the category
1 point - You guess the correct #3 guy in the category

I'll start it off:

Home Runs (Guess correct number for 5 points)
1. Vernon Wells 35
2. Troy Glaus 31
3. Lyle Overbay 26

RBI (Guess correct number for 5 points)
1. Troy Glaus 119
2. Vernon Wells 108
3. Lyle Overbay 93

Batting Average (Guess within .05 for 5 points)
1. Vernon Wells .304
2. Bengie Molina .297
3. Lyle Overbay .281

Stolen Bases (Guess correct number for 5 points)
1. Russ Adams 13
2. Alex Rios 8
3. Vernon Wells 6

Wins (Guess correct number for 5 points)
1. Roy Halladay 20
2. A.J. Burnett 14
3. Gustavo Chacin 11

ERA (Guess within .10 for 5 points)
1. Roy Halladay 2.28
2. B.J. Ryan 3.01
3. A.J. Burnett 3.37

Strikeouts (Guess within 10 for 5 points; sorry, Eric Hinske isn't eligible in this category :))
1. Roy Halladay 151
2. A.J. Burnett 126
3. Gustavo Chacin 118

Have Fun

how about I just give you a summary of them
Toronto will finish second to New York's unstopable offense and will finish in a close second to the Indians in the Wild Card of the 3 competitors in the AL east the Bue Jays have the best Bullpen (by a wide margin) the best SP (but Boston and New York players may have adjusted and recovered from injuries so it may be close) and the 2nd best offense (but only slightly higher than Boston and far less than New York) Unless they get a fantastic player from the minors come up or someone has a fantastic season they will probably fall short of catching the Indians and have very little chance of catching New York

Well just after the all-star break it is shaping up to look like this:

Home Runs
T1. Vernon Wells 43
T1. Troy Glaus 43
3. Alex Rios 28

RBI
1. Vernon Wells 129
2. Troy Glaus 120
3. Lyle Overbay 95

Batting Average (these are the current stats)
1. Reed Johnson .360
2. Alex Rios .330
3. Frank Catalanatto .324

Stolen Bases
1. Vernon Wells 18
2. Alex Rios 17
3. Reed Johnson 14

Can't do the pitcher's stats without having to do a little work. I'm much too lazy for that so I'll just do those.
