Hello All,
Always enjoyed reading all the posts on 19th Century base ball and thought I would finally contribute.
I discovered this great collection of photographs mostly from that time period I thought you all might enjoy.

Wow......awesome sight. Some of these pics will go great with my Strat O Matic project I'm working on.

I particularly like the town ball pictures. I don't know if they are photos or illustrations, but they do a better job than just looking at a rule book to visualize how the act of reproducing this game would and should look like.
