A bit behind on this, but I've been a bit busy.
The Redbirds were put under the burden of new ownership almost immediately, and still fought for the wild card all season. Even after trading Roger Maris in the midst of what surely must have been his career year, They held on until the final week before finally falling out of the playoff picture. They still managed to post the leagues 4th best record, and look to be fairly well stocked for the near future. Time will tell......
