Is there anybody who would know roughly how much a ball with these sigs on it would be worth?

Pretty decent names on there. I'd say around $400-$500 depending on the condition of the ball.

Thanks for the shout out Zito. I'm interested in trading more than selling, but it'd be pretty hard to part with. It's an official AL ball from the mid 80s, and the sigs are all clear except for a little fading on Gehringer. I still kick myself over the Jackie Robinson ball I sold about 15 years ago.
