I wouldn't exactly call Frank, Luis, Robin, Reggie, Hoyt, and George Orioles since they played longer with other teams. My favorite player on your list is frank Robinson, but amongst the ones I would call Orioles it would be Brooks. Brooks was pretty mediocre hitter, but what he did with a glove was magical.

i would say brooks was probably a better than average hitter - he hit 3-4-5 with the winningest team of the 1960s and again with one of the game's top dynasties at the turn of the decade - granted they are mostly known for pitching and defense but you've got to score to win

Well, I voted for Eddie again.
In case anyone doesn't know, Murray was hired this season as hitting coach for the Los Angeles Dodgers after spending some time with the Cleveland Indians. I've gotten mixed reviews on Murray as a hitting coach... back when the Indians had a good lineup he was lauded but now people wonder.
The Dodgers have nowhere but up to go after finishing, in the NL:
15th - batting
10th - OBP
14th - slugging
14th - OPS
12th - runs scored
A number of solid vets were added to the team (Rafael Furcal, Nomar Garciaparra) but if they truly want to compete in the future they'll need Murray to help youngsters out like Joel Guzman, Willie Aybar, Jayson Werth, Cody Ross, and Jason Repko through spring training (or whatever time is afforded after the World Classic).
