I'm mainly looking for the pregame show hosts, pregame anaylsts, and
field reporters for the World Series television broadcasts. I'm pretty
confident I got the play-by-play men, color commentators, and
television networks right.

Here are a few corrections to make to your article.
The 1961 World Series NBC announcing team consisted of Mel Allen (pbp) and Joe Garagiola (analyst). At least, that is the case on games 3, 4, and 5 at Crosley Field. Vin Scully is nowhere to be heard on those particular telecasts.
The 1970 World Series pregame show was similar to the 1969 version. Jim Simpson with Koufax and Mantle.
The 1971 World Series pregame show was hosted by Garagiola and Koufax.
From 1972-75, the pregame show was hosted solely by Garagiola, and dubbed, "The Baseball World of Joe Garagiola."
My 1976 tapes are missing the pregame portions. But I can review them later to hear any announcements during the game re: who is the host of the pregame show. But I would think they were all pre-taped with Garagiola.
By 1978, NBC was no longer airing a pre-taped Garagiola segment. The pregame commentary was handled by the announcers (Garagiola, Kubek, and Tom Seaver) with Curt Gowdy being the on-field interviewer/reporter.
When ABC began airing the World Series in alternate years starting in 1977, they had their game announcers handling the pregame portion.
