The best biography is probably The Man Stan...Musial Then and Now. It is great seeing how one of the best ballplayers ever lived. He shows his great character and second-guesses his decisions.

Haven't read that one.... is it readily available? Even though Stan is in the top 10-20 or so all time in most of the offensive categories, he is still underrated and underappreciated by most basebally fans..... but not in St. Louis. He hasn't paid for a dinner or a drink in that town in 50 years!!!
Musial is a great one, for sure. My favorite stat of his is that he has exactly half of his hits at home and exactly half of his hits on the road. 1,815 both home and away for a whopping 3,630.

It came out in 1977. I borrowed it from my grandparents.
