No. I don't know the record, but This year's 14-inning world series game (http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/boxscore?gameId=251025118)had more (43). I'm sure there were more in a September regular season game

One more to add to the list. I still don't know the record, but 9/13/82, the Dodgers beat the Padres in 16. The Dodgers used 28 players, the Padres 22, total 50.

Of course, if you do it right like HiddenGems (who of course has been much more than a September call-up), you hit a home run in your first major league at-bat.
