I'm looking for help in two basic categories for a trivia test.
I need 15 questions in each of the categories.

The first section is for everyone else besides players. I've got five each of managers and teams, so I am wanting to focus on others such as owners, umpires, ect. even coaches.

The second section is for "events." This is for more-or-less an accomplishment or happening of something similar. I've got league leadership/record breaking for ten, so I'm wanting my remaining slots for non-statistical events. World Series events like those leading up to Maz's shot in '60 or Fisk's shot, Juan Marichal beating Johnny Roseboro, Curt Flood's challenge, a first or milestone of something.

I am not necessarily asking for a composition here (although that would be nice), but suggestions of events with where to look (preferably on the internet--I don't want to buy books for trivia questions) will do nicely. The title of the test is "Genius" so I don't want re-hashed trivia that most (even on here) know If I don't know the answer (if I did I would know the question to ask for it), I know that whoever I give it to will have difficulties with it, also.

Thanks for any input and I will be happy to present the finished product on here for those who want to take a look at it.

I think I found a couple (providing WCOB gives me permission) I can use, but I was looking for things more like stories that I could turn around into a trivia question.

COMPLETELY MADE-UP STORY
It was game seven of the World Series between the Giants and Yankees at Yankee Stadium. The game was scoreless until the ninth inning. Both Joe Green for the Giants and Steve Smith for the Yankees had gone eight; Green's only hit given up was a double by 3B Al Snow in the sixth with two outs, but SS Aaron Lewis struck-out. Smith allowed two base-runners all game entering the ninth, one a walk in the fourth to 1B Jesse Ventura and a HBP to C Kyle Williams in the fifth as retaliation for Green brushing back Yankees star CF Hank Rodriguez.
Ninth Inning
Smith enters the ninth with a no-hitter. He gets RF Tommy Fick to ground out to 1B Billy Mitchell. He struck-out 2B Dale Harris on three straight. Giant manager Paul Gordon pitch hits for his star RF turned DH for the game Mike Williams with key bench hitter Dick Frye. Smith throws Frye two straight change-ups to run the count to 0-2. Smith then throws Frye a hanging slider over the heart of the plate that Frye sends to the LF fence for a stand-up double. Yankee Manager John Reichert pulls Smith for ace closer Livan Martinez. Martinez throws a fastball high and tight that 1B Ventura takes for a called strike by home-plate umpire Dean Boch. Martinez's next pitch, a low and inside cutter is ripped foul into the left field stands. Manager Williams replaces Ventura with speedster Ivan Ortiz. Green takes a fastball low and outside, a fastball high and inside, and a change-up low to run the count to three and two, Ortiz stealing 2B without a throw. Green then proceeds to foul off four straight inside cutters before Martinez throws a knee-high change-up that Green slow-chops to Yankee 3B Snow. Snow sees Ortiz running on contact and mis-handles the ball, fireingly wildly to first, pulling Yankee 1B Jeremy Peterson off the bag down the right field line. Ortiz, running hard all the way, dashes hard for home. Peterson controls the ball and fires a perfect bullet to C Williams who appears to tag Ortiz two inches before home but is called safe by Boch. Williams and Martinez begin to argue vehemently with Boch before Reichert comes in to control his closer and catcher and argue himself. Reichert bumps Boch and is immediately tossed from the game, leaving bench coach Ronnie Freeman in charge. Freeman leaves Martinez in the game who before throwing a pitch to LF Kevin Baker picks off Green who had managed to scramble to third in the meyle.
Giants closer Victor Erickson came in and shut-down the Yankees line-up of Rodriguez, Peterson, and DH Robinson on nine straight 100MPH fastballs, the first eight swinging and the last one an apparent check-swing called strike three.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Think of the questions I could ask from that!

I don't expect anything that detailed, but the events surrounding Mike Mussina's Carl Everett's check-swing away from perfect game against Derek Lowe in 2002? would be nice. Lesser known tid-bits, but like '86 WS Game 6, 9th inning; Enos Slaughter's mad dash, Pepper Martin's 13 hits, '91 and '01 swings, '54 Catch, ect. Any true tale than you can remember seeing or reading. But enough information so I can formulate a trivia question from it that few will know.

Another example
We all know that Vic Wertz lined a ball into CF where Mays made a nice catch and great throw to prevent Doby from advancing in the '54 Series. Questions that could be asked that few would know would be the count and outs, all Giant pitchers, captains, bench coaches, or any consequences from the catch and throw or any "events of the day that including any of the participants, if any.

Others relating to the '51 NL Championship Series that would be nice:
Who did Ralph Branca replace?
Who were the previous batters in the inning what did they do that inning?
Who played LF and thought he had a play on Thomson's ball?
