Jeanie Descombes went from the AAGPBL to become a professional golfer. I know some others bowled professionally. Anyone know of other two-sport athletes on the professional level from the AAGPBL?

I remember talking about in Tuscon, Arizona with Jeanie Descombes. Which I have to add, she is an incredible women. In 2003, I have photos to prove that she took the pitcher's mound and stuck out several of us 18-40 year olds easily. I'm honored to have met her and sit in the digout with her as she managed the team I was on in the 24 Hours For Africa.

As for others who went pro in other sports. I'm not 100% sure.

Looks like that is her in the pic I posted. She's wearing the glasses and the red shirt.

I recognize her now from a sports banquet photo.

72 women from all over the US, some from Austalia and Japan played the historical event which is achived in Baseball Hall of Fame. I believed we raised $64,000 that weekend.
