I know everyone has seen this in other forums and we are one of the few who hasn't had one. So I'll start it, now I'd rather answer the questions than ask them, so if anyone wants to take it over feel free.

Walter James Vincent "Rabbit" Maranville, with the Boston Braves for two separate stretches, 1912-1920 and 1929-1935. That picture is from 1930 as you can see by the commemorative patch to the pilgrims of 300 years before.
Elected into the HOF in 1954...

Was curious why he was wearing a Milwaukee hat? Broke in with Boston Braves, was with NY when they moved from Boston. Checked, he actually wrapped up his MLB playing career in 1960 with them.

Thanks, but you give me more credit than I deserve. I have a pretty extensive knowledge of uniforms. I saw that pic and I didn't know who it was. I say to myself..that looks like a 1978 uniform, and from there I search the player. Don't get me wrong. I know the player by the picture about 70% of the time, and usually if I don't, I know the player as soon as I see his name, but sometimes I don't have a clue.
